Delivery to Luxembourg

Order today before 3pm for same day shipment and next (work)day delivery anywhere in Luxembourg. When you request a certain delivery date, our website will take into account sundays and public holidays and if necessary, inform you of the soonest delivery date. Delivery is performed by DPD during office hours (8am - 5pm).

When the recipient is not at home

• When the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a notice is left in the letterbox of the recipient. This notice mentions the details of your order and a message that a second delivery attempt will be undertaken the next (business)day.
• When the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, a second notice is left in the letterbox of the recipient, with the contact details of DPD. The recipient is requested to contact DPD to arrange a third delivery attempt at his/her convenience.
